Located in the corner of a very busy road with parked cars, I went to RK Motors last week for my first ever MOT. Raz, at reception, is friendly, knowledgeable about cars, and never tries to con you or upsell you.

Had a great experience with my MOT test. My car passed, and the mechanics flagged a handful more critical advisories than previously recorded on my car's MOT history under it's previous owner. That kind of attention to detail tells you everything you need to know about the quality of the work being done here. Three of those advisories were closely linked with one another, relating to the car's worn suspension arm, worn engine mount, and worn anti roll bar caps.

I personally felt those three were important enough to get sorted, and had RK Motors fix them today at a very reasonable price. By good heavens does my 2009 Polo feel completely different to drive now. The engine sounds a lot better with the new mount, and the car is far smoother to drive. Raz was also kind enough to walk me through every change made to the car before taking payment, so I could see with my own eyes that the work had actually been done. Highly recommend this garage, and will absolutely be visiting again in the future.
